After years of practice Annie finally caught her first squirrel. Erma had no idea how she managed to catch it, except here is the evidence. Annie turned rebel when Erma told her to drop her squirrel. At first she flatly refused but when Erma touched her ear, she had second thoughts. You can see it in her eye. She dropped it and Erma put it out of her reach until she can give the squirrel a decent burial.
Annie's neighbor dog stopped and then she went Puppy Love.
Dog Tired
We once had a really exciting day when our Manx cat,Magee, brought a squirrel into our family room. Poor little went to the sofa arm near the window to find a way out, and Magee just looked at us as if to say "What do I do now?" We were able to open the window, remove the screen, and coax the little fellow out.
