This morning Joanna Yoder from Hicksville Ohio treated me to a breakfast at Dutch Heritage. I ordered a Spinach Omelet, with Hash Browns and Whole Wheat Toast. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the size of the plate. I knew before hand that an omelet is going to be too much for one meal, but I never expected a size plate that will make three meals for me. But that is exactly how it is: I have two meals today and I plan to finish the meal tomorrow. The eating is good and so was the service, and the hostess told me she always behaves. Well, so do I.
