This is just the beginnings of the "Snow Bird Season", a bike tied up next to a Scat bus sign and a bench. Although in the winter time most of the people will bike down to Tuttle and tie up their bikes, and get on the Siesta Beach bound bus. If they walk or bike the mile to Tuttle, they don't have to go into the station and change buses.
