Annie is Rumspringa. She watches for the right moment when her Mistress is not paying attending and then she goes Rumspringa on the sly. She gets bolder bit by bit and goes further from home. She has no fear of vehicles and that is what worries her Mistress. But when she sees a squirrel, she throws caution to the wind and off she goes with only one thing in mind. So far she does response to her Mistress' calling her to come home, but her gaze still travels longingly to the squirrel she chased up the tree. Of course the squirrels love to play on her emotions and act "Hard to Get".
