This morning when I opened my curtains ad saw these children huddled together, I knew they were up to something. So I grabbed my camera and crawled up on the counter so I could shoot from the top window pane as the bottom pane had screen.
They got organized. The girl is the choir director.
They shouted, sang and played their musical instruments to the whole neighborhood. I was totally delighted.
Then something went wrong, so they dropped their instruments and went off doing something else.
The joys of childhood, of vacationing in Pinecraft with siblings and cousins, and grandparents too.
