I am not sure anymore what this dish is called, but it has a slick of bread in the bottom, topped with mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. Laura Beiler sent a text messaged asking if I am at home? I was home and so she soon arrived at my door with this hot meal in a small casserole. I was going to make two meals out of it but that wasn't to be. It was so good I ate it all. Thank you Laura.

ReplyDeleteI make this and call it a hot turkey sandwich. I buy a three lb turkey, cook it in a crock pot and it is delish.
