I was delighted, then a bit sad when I discovered these Orchids in the back of a neighbor's house. I ride around the backside of most of the neighbors' empty houses every now and then during the summer months just to see if anything is going on that shouldn't be.
I was delighted to see this beauty,
and then sadden that Ray & Esther are not here to enjoy
their own potted flowers.
I also realized that just because nobody is around to admire this beauty didn't stop the Orchids from displaying their colors.
