Actually Cousin Mary is a cousin once removed. Plus a cousin twice removed, if there is such a thing. Her Dad and I are first cousins through our fathers who were brothers. I am also a second cousin with her Dad because our mothers were first cousins. It is that Amish/Mennonite thing of who is who?
