#77 Food for the Stomach

I do much better with my eating if I have only small portions of food in my fridge. Instead of buying a bunch of Kale I buy a cup of ready made Kale salad at the deli. The same goes for chicken, I buy a small portion of ready made chicken salad.  So today I fixed a wrap with kale, chicken, tomatoes and beets. I will probably eat this same version for another day or so.
