Day # 172 - Caulking my Windows

This morning they did the last minute touches on my new window frames.  Cousin Mannie on the left replaced the frames and this morning only the caulking needed to be done. So He took these two brothers David and Leroy sons of Ray & Betty Yoder from Ohio out for breakfast. Their way of paying for the breakfast was helping Mannie with the last minute work still to be done. My house is due for a few coats of paint which my landlord offered to do but will probably have to wait until his next trip down here.

  1. That sure was a good way to pay for breakfast! But the good news was your windows were caulked and all done! It is good that you went on to caulk your windows. Aside from increasing the market value of your home, it can also save you from additional utility and electric bills. Caulking prevents water damage inside your home and increases your home energy savings.
