Day # 252 - The Old Straw Broom

Here and there in Pinecraft I see a old straw broom propped in the corner or hanging on a hook. People still use them to sweep off their carports and walks. 

The first broom I remember when I was young was one of these which was used daily in the house. I know it gathered together the dirt but never the dust on the floors. But it served our needs as with eleven children at home we made dirt but the dust never settled long enough  to be swept up. But even so our house was always clean. Mom was known far and wide by her good house cleaning abilities.
