Day # 297, 298, 299 & 300

Wednesday: I spent the evening at an Amish farm during their chore time and also took in a Wiener Roast with the family. I am thankful the welcomed me and allowed me to take all the pictures I want to take. I plan to do a photo blog within the next few days of my evening at this farm.

Thursday: My nephews filing a complaint about the neighbor's random shooting of their guns. They obviously did their practice target shooting aiming at my sister and her family's property. They put a bullet hole in their storage shed. It simply wasn't safe to be outside whenever they decided shoot their guns. My family members had to head for cover. Talking with the Mennonite neighbors didn't do any good, so the only option left was to call the cops. You got to do what you got to do... to be safe in your own home.

Friday: Between licks of ice cream Jensen, a great-nephew told his good-byes before I headed back home to Sarasota via Pioneer Trails.

Saturday: After a 22 hour bus ride we arrived safe and sound back in Pinecraft with a whole bus load of people.

I am now caught up with Project 365 and plan on posting the normal way of once each day.

  1. That is pretty bad. They don't sound fit to have guns! That happened to us one time. My husband was outside when suddenly buckshot started raining down from above them. He grabbed a fence post and started across the pasture. The neighbor got really freaked out and quickly apologized, Its never happened again.

    1. It blows my mind why anybody in Holmes County would shoot around the neighborhood in a careless way after the accidental this past winter.
