Day # 310 - My Meals

This morning I had frozen Mango, fresh Blueberries and 20 Almonds for breakfast. Two kinds of fruit and Almonds have been my breakfast for years. But only last week I started soaking my Almonds and keeping them in the fridge. Anna Short told me she was at a healthy food meeting where they said if we soak the Almonds our energy levels goes sky high. I think it is the truth unless it is something else that is giving me an energy boast.

I also figured out it costs me less if I buy hot ready-made roasted vegetables at Yoder's Deli  rather than buying my vegetables at the market and making a stir-fry at home. Today I was hungry for a good meal, so I bought two chicken fingers and about nine ounces of roasted vegetables for lunch. The cost was less than $5.00.
