This photo represents Pinecraft. It is mostly made up of Plain People: Amish & Mennonites and those that have Amish/Mennonite roots. This is where we blend, where our differences diminish.
The three girls and their dog are from Lancaster County. The men are from Arthur Illinois and Geauga County Ohio and here they sit in a cluster visiting. Only in Pinecraft.
Why do the plain Amish mix with others that are "English" in Pinecraft when they don't back home? Why does the girl on the right not have her kapp on when the other does? By the way, I love your blog. It is peaceful to read. Cyndy
